Goal 1:  Forget homework                          Goal 3: Eating sugar
To change this habit I have 3 steps.            Step 1 Don't drink hot chocolate
Step 1  Make a planner.                              Step 2 Don't buy drinks
Step 2 Do homework right away.                  Step 3 Eat healthy food.
Step 3 Check my books.
Goal 2: Using bad words
Step 1 Say good things
Step2 Think positively
Step3 Forget bad things 
This was my goals for the next 30 days and the habits I want to add and subtract.    Thank you
