Computer games are not harmful for children (Argumentative Essay)

  There are a lot of games in the world.Some are good and some are bloody.  Some games like Minecraft help someone become creative because it is a game of building things. And even though there are cruel games, they have age restrictions so kids can't play it. And almost no one plays bloody games.Computer games are not harmful for children and there are two reasons.


   First, computer games are not bad because you can be creative. A game called Minecraft is a crafting game. You can think about a structure and make it your own way. And you can make tools by cutting down trees.It is a fun game admired by children and teenagers. All of my room mates enjoy it and some guy is a genius at minecraft. And because it is not a bloody game parents enjoy it too. And they will like it if you play a good game with a schedule of playing games. I play minecraft and my dad says it is okay.

     Second, games like online shooting games are not bad because you can relieve stress  by shooting targets.  Also, games like Starcraft can make you good in planning. And games like Sudden Attack, which is a survival game, can help you know where to stay in battle, which could help some boys when they go the army. It also improves teamwork. I think this improves teamwork because you can save others by giving medical box and save their life. But just don't think that you can really do that thing. Because you need to have tons of things to save a dying person.



    Some people say that there is too much blood in games and that is true. Some show blood and knives. These graphics cause children to be violent. And games can confuse reality and fantasy. There are many bad things that happen because of games. One day there was a news about a mad person killing some one and that person liked playing games. Also bullies are game players too. So those were some negative parts of these games.


        In conclusion I still believe that computer games are not harmful for children.You can be more creative, it can improve teamwork, help boys in the future and helps relieving stress. If you don't want to get addicted, you just need a schedule. Also, one more thing: you can be popular if you are good at playing games. So that is why computer games are not harmful for children. Just beware that you don't play really bloody game or you will become like the murderer.  I think the most important thing you should do is control yourself not to be a bad person.

My Drabble

                            Minecraft

Harry got home from school and played minecraft right away. He made a castle with gold. Then  some guy came into his castle and broke everything Harry made. Then Harry got into the guy's server and blew up everything in his world. From then the two guys fought and fought until they promised to meet. When they met, they had a competition about who can build a better castle faster, finally Harry won. But right after that, the guy blew it up and the whole war started again for one whole hour and they became a legend of minecraft forever.

Brave Response essay

After I watched the movie "Brave" I thought it was kind of boring. The movie went like this: There was a princess named Merida. She liked shooting arrows. One day it was time for her to marry someone, so to stop the marriage  Merida accidently changed her mom into a bear. Then Merida went to the witch who gave Merida the spell. Merida learned how to change her mom back to a person. She tried everything , then at last, she changed her  mom back to the queen.

Why I thought that this movie was not fun is because the movie is too predictable. After the queen changes into a bar you can predict that the girl will do anything to changer her back to the queen. I think it would be better if the queen becomes a real bear and attacks a lot of people so there's only one choice for Merida: Shoot the bear. And after the bear dies the queen will be a live again. I think that complicated movies are more fun because you can "get into the movie more". And I think that if the title is "Brave" There should be more scarier things in it.

If  I was the movie maker I would put wars between clans. Then Merida use a spell to make her mother turn into a bear. But when the bear kills innocent people, Merida tries to stop it by putting the spell to herself and gets buried alive. And after 500  years people will find her and by scientific technology she can go back in time to the age when they had war, then stop the war.And live happily ever after. I think that will be a better ending than just making her mom turn back into a human.

I think the part when the evil beaqr dies is also kind of weird, because the moment was kind of short . I wanted it to see things like the spirit coming out and warning about more evil to come in the year after in the next movie. In addition, I think that the "changing fate" part is too dramatic for a children's movie.

In conclusion I think this movie is not really bad but I think it is too predictable and boring. I wish the next movie can be fascinating and not boring.  Thank you.

Setting Goals

Hi. Today I will post my goals for the  next 30 days.The habits I want to add is:Reading more books, Doing more work,Sleep early and exercise everyday.There are habits I want to subtract too. I want to subtract Eating sugar,forget homework, using bad words,drinking soda and sleeping a lot.  Now I am going to choose 3 habits I want to change.

Goal 1:  Forget homework                          Goal 3: Eating sugar

To change this habit I have 3 steps.            Step 1 Don't drink hot chocolate

Step 1  Make a planner.                              Step 2 Don't buy drinks

Step 2 Do homework right away.                  Step 3 Eat healthy food.

Step 3 Check my books.
