Setting Goals

Hi. Today I will post my goals for the  next 30 days.The habits I want to add is:Reading more books, Doing more work,Sleep early and exercise everyday.There are habits I want to subtract too. I want to subtract Eating sugar,forget homework, using bad words,drinking soda and sleeping a lot.  Now I am going to choose 3 habits I want to change.

Goal 1:  Forget homework                          Goal 3: Eating sugar
To change this habit I have 3 steps.            Step 1 Don't drink hot chocolate
Step 1  Make a planner.                              Step 2 Don't buy drinks
Step 2 Do homework right away.                  Step 3 Eat healthy food.
Step 3 Check my books.
Goal 2: Using bad words

Step 1 Say good things
Step2 Think positively
Step3 Forget bad things 


This was my goals for the next 30 days and the habits I want to add and subtract.    Thank you
